A licensed clinician and a concierge care team, reachable by direct message from your member portal.

01

Eligibility is decided by a doctor, not a form.

The intake gathers the facts. A licensed clinician makes the call, and says no when treatment isn't right for you.

02

Cash pay means one clear price, no insurance.

No prior authorizations, no coverage denials, no surprise bills. What you see is what you pay, and it includes your care.

03

Everything happens in writing, on your schedule.

A private written intake, a clinician review within 24 hours, and ongoing messaging with your doctor. No video calls, ever.

Who's typically eligible

Common criteria, stated plainly.

These are the factors clinicians weigh most often. They're a guide, not a checklist: your clinician reviews your whole history and makes an individual decision.

GLP-1 · Semaglutide & tirzepatide

Weight

Clinicians generally consider GLP-1 therapy when:

  • You're 18 or older
  • Your BMI is 30 or higher, or
  • Your BMI is 27 or higher with a weight-related condition (high blood pressure, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, sleep apnea)
  • You're not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy

Usually not prescribed with: a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, a history of pancreatitis, type 1 diabetes, or certain GI and eating-disorder histories your clinician will ask about.

NAD+

Energy & cellular health

Clinicians generally consider NAD+ when:

  • You're 18 or older
  • You're in generally stable health, with no active serious illness
  • You're not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Your goals and history make it a reasonable fit

Usually not prescribed with: certain cardiac, kidney, or liver conditions, or a known sensitivity to any component. Your clinician screens for these in the intake.

MIC + B12

Energy & nutrient support

Clinicians generally consider MIC + B12 when:

  • You're 18 or older
  • Low energy, low B12, or poor absorption is part of your picture
  • You're not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You'd rather not rely on a daily oral supplement

Usually not prescribed with: an allergy to cobalt or cobalamin, Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy, or certain kidney and liver conditions.

Not sure where you land?

Let the intake decide.

Most people aren't certain. That's fine. The intake takes about two minutes to start, a clinician reviews the whole picture, and you're not charged anything unless you're approved and choose to proceed. If treatment isn't appropriate, you'll hear that too, in plain language.

Cash pay, explained

One price.
Nothing hiding behind it.

"Cash pay" just means you pay Parke directly instead of going through insurance. Here's why that tends to be simpler, and what it includes.

  • No insurance, no prior authorization. You don't need coverage, and no one has to approve your treatment except your clinician.
  • The price includes your care. Medication, clinician reviews, dose adjustments, unlimited messaging, and free discreet shipping. No membership fee on standard treatments.
  • HSA and FSA accepted. Most members can use pre-tax funds for clinician-prescribed treatment. We provide itemized receipts.
  • No charge unless approved. You pay nothing for the intake or review. Billing starts only when a clinician approves your plan and you choose to proceed.
  • Pause or cancel anytime. From your portal, in about two clicks. No contracts, no cancellation fees.

The process, start to refill

Six steps.
Every one of them explained.

Here is exactly what happens, in order, from the moment you start to the moment your next shipment is on its way.

  1. 01
Day 0 · About 2 minutes to start

    The intake

A private, written questionnaire you complete on your phone or laptop. It asks about your health history, current medications, allergies, height and weight, and what you're hoping to achieve. Answer honestly; it's what your clinician uses to decide.

    • No video call and no appointment to book
    • Save and come back if you need to
    • Nothing is charged at this stage

    Within 24 hours

    Clinician review and assignment

A licensed clinician reads your full intake and you're assigned to the doctor who will follow your care. If they need more detail, they'll message you. Then one of three things happens: you're approved and a plan is proposed, you're asked a follow-up, or you're told treatment isn't appropriate and why.

Your prescription goes to a Parke-approved pharmacy

Your clinician sends the prescription to one of our vetted, Parke-approved 503A pharmacies. A 503A pharmacy is a state-licensed compounding pharmacy that prepares medication for an individual patient under a clinician's prescription. We work only with pharmacies we've vetted ourselves.

Start, with your doctor a message away

Guided, step-by-step instructions in your portal walk you through your first dose. From then on, you message your doctor and our concierge care team directly: a simple "how do I store this?" or a dosing question both get a real reply, usually the same business day.

    • Direct messaging, no phone trees
    • Dose adjustments included in every plan
    • Side-effect questions answered quickly

    Refills and reorders, reviewed

Every refill is approved by the clinician who knows your chart, never by an auto-renewal system. Most members choose a quarterly plan: one checkout, three months of medication on hand, a lower monthly price, and no gap between shipments. Month-to-month is available if you prefer.

    • Quarterly plans cost less per month
    • Your clinician still reviews every refill
    • Pause, change, or cancel from your portal

Your member portal

Your doctor, a message away.

Everything about your care lives in one private place, and a real person is on the other end of every message.

  • Direct messaging with your doctor and concierge care team. Simple questions, dosing questions, side effects, travel, anything. Replies usually the same business day.
  • Guided instructions for your first dose and every step after it.
  • Shipment tracking, plan changes, and pausing without calling anyone.
  • Your records, HIPAA-secure and yours to download.

We built this to be frictionless. If something ever feels like a hassle, tell us in the portal. That's the kind of message we want most.

Monthly or quarterly?

Most members choose quarterly. Here's why.

Both include the same clinician care. The difference is how often you check out, and what you pay per month.

Month to month

Flexible

  • Billed every month
  • One shipment at a time
  • Highest per-month price
  • Good for a first month if you're unsure
Six months

Best value

  • Two checkouts a year
  • Lowest per-month price
  • Same clinician review and messaging
  • Pause or cancel the same way

Multi-month plans show the average monthly cost and are billed upfront. Your final plan and price are set with your clinician, and you can pause or cancel anytime.

First-timer questions

Never done this before? Start here.

Still unsure? Message us. A human on our care team replies, usually within a few hours.

Yes. Every prescription at Parke is written by a licensed clinician who is licensed in your state, after reviewing your full intake. Medication is prepared by state-licensed US 503A compounding pharmacies we've vetted and approved. Telehealth prescribing is legal and regulated; the rules are the same ones your local doctor follows.

No. The intake is written, and your clinician reviews it on their own schedule, usually within 24 hours. If they have a question, they message you. Some states require a brief synchronous visit for certain prescriptions; if that applies to you, we'll tell you before anything is charged.

You'll get a plain-language explanation and you won't be charged. Sometimes the answer is "not this treatment, but here's one that fits"; sometimes it's a recommendation to see your primary care doctor first. Either way, no one is sold something that isn't right for them.

Usually not to start. If your clinician wants labs, they'll say so and explain why, and you can upload recent results from your primary care doctor to your portal. Members of The Method receive regular panels as part of membership.

A 503A pharmacy is a state-licensed compounding pharmacy that prepares medication for a specific patient under a prescription. "Compounded" means the medication is prepared that way rather than mass-produced. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved or evaluated by the FDA; that's why every Parke prescription comes with a clinician and candid safety information.

Most members can, for clinician-prescribed treatment. We provide itemized receipts to make reimbursement straightforward. Check with your plan administrator if you're unsure.

Open your member portal and send a message. Your doctor and our concierge care team see it, and clinical questions are usually answered the same business day. Whether it's "how do I store this" or "should I adjust my dose," the same channel handles it.

Yes, from your portal, at any refill. Many members start month to month and move to quarterly once they're settled. You can also pause a multi-month plan with your remaining shipments held.
