Plenty of sites will sell you a vial. The difference is everything that happens around it.
Every intake is read by a licensed clinician, never approved by an algorithm, and the same doctor follows your care.

Yes. Every prescription is written by a board-certified clinician licensed in your state, after reviewing your full intake. Medication is prepared by state-licensed US 503A compounding pharmacies we vet ourselves. Telehealth prescribing follows the same rules your local doctor does; the difference is that it happens in writing, on your schedule.
You start the written intake: about two minutes of questions on your health history, medications, and goals. A licensed clinician reviews it within 24 hours and is assigned to your care. Nothing is charged at any point in that process. The eligibility page walks through every step.
You pay nothing and you'll get a plain-language explanation. Sometimes the answer is a different treatment than the one you picked; sometimes it's a recommendation to see your primary care doctor first. No one is sold something a clinician doesn't think is right for them.
No. Pricing is transparent cash pay: one monthly price that includes your medication, clinician reviews, dose adjustments, messaging, and shipping. No prior authorizations, no coverage denials, no surprise bills. Most members can use HSA or FSA funds.
Our clinicians are licensed in all 50 states. A small number of compounded medications carry state-specific restrictions; the intake checks your state up front, and you'll know before anything is charged.
Your records live on a HIPAA-secure platform, your billing descriptor is discreet, and every shipment arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. No waiting rooms, no pharmacy counters, no one in your business.

The intake is the same private, written, 2-minute form whichever treatment you pick, and the clinician who reviews it recommends what actually fits: the one you chose, a different one, or none at all.
The whole menu, one first step: a 2-minute intake.
