The Method

Four phases. One program. Your clinician, throughout.

ParkeRX's most considered level of care — a private, physician-led metabolic program built around one relationship that doesn't rotate, expire, or forget.

Request an invitation

A short conversation about fit — no pressure, no obligation.

A note before the details

Most of medicine has become a queue. You describe yourself to a stranger, receive something reasonable, and are politely forgotten until you re-enter the line.

The Method is our refusal of that. One clinician who holds your whole picture. Labs read line by line, four times a year, by the person who ordered them. A protocol that changes when you do. Not more medicine — more attention.

The program

Four phases, by design.

An authored clinical arc — not a subscription with decoration. Every phase is led by the same clinician who signed your intake.

The Baseline Weeks 1–2

The unhurried appointment you stopped believing existed.

  • A 60-minute first consultation with your lead clinician — history, goals, and what hasn't worked before
  • Your first comprehensive panel drawn — 54+ markers across metabolic, cardiac, hormone, and nutrient systems
  • Your protocol designed and signed off before anything ships
The Calibration Months 1–3

Dosing that answers to your body, not a refill calendar.

  • Structured titration against your response — adjusted by your clinician, never an auto-renewal
  • A heightened check-in cadence with your clinician while dosing settles
  • End-of-quarter panel confirms the direction before phase three
The Refinement Months 4–6

Where a treatment becomes a protocol.

  • Dose and protocol settled against your second quarterly panel, read line by line
  • Adjunct therapies layered in — NAD+, B12, and supportive protocols as clinically indicated
  • Your maintenance cadence designed with you — the plan for what continues
The Continuum Month 7, onward · quarterly

Not the end of the program. The membership itself.

  • The Quarterly Review — labs drawn, read line by line, protocol re-titrated
  • An annual re-baseline against your original panel
  • Your clinician, unchanged — same person, same channels, every quarter
A year inside The Method

The program doesn't end. It returns.

Every quarter, the same four movements — drawn, read, adjusted, continued. This loop is where membership earns its keep: not a dashboard you check, but a clinician who checks on you.

What the rhythm is built to surface: a thyroid trend before it becomes a symptom. A plateau before it becomes a month. A dose that should come down, not up. Quarterly attention is the difference between treatment and care.

Labs drawn Read line by line Protocol adjusted Care continues Quarterly every 90 days, again

Your clinician

One person holds your whole picture.

Your lead clinician runs every phase — the baseline conversation, each titration, every quarterly read. Not a rotation. Not a pool. The same physician, who knows what your February labs said and what your March message asked.

  • Direct messaging with your clinicianSame-day, business days
  • Priority scheduling for reviews and consultsHeld for members
  • Quarterly lab reviews, in conversation4× per year
  • Care coordination beyond ParkeConcierge

Each lead clinician carries a deliberately limited member panel — small enough that same-day means same day.

The lab ledger

Measured, then read.

Anyone can draw blood. The Method's discipline is the reading — every marker, every quarter, by your clinician, with you in the room.

54+markers in every panel
4×panels per year, quarterly
1:1read line by line with your clinician

Metabolic

14 markers

HbA1c · fasting glucose · fasting insulin · HOMA-IR · ALT · AST · and more

Heart & lipids

12 markers

ApoB · Lp(a) · LDL-C · HDL-C · triglycerides · hs-CRP · and more

Hormone & thyroid

16 markers

TSH · free T3 · free T4 · testosterone · estradiol · cortisol · IGF-1 · and more

Nutrient & recovery

12 markers

Vitamin D · B12 · ferritin · folate · magnesium · creatinine · and more

The Quarterly Review is an appointment, not a PDF. Your clinician walks the panel with you — what moved, what it means, and what changes in your protocol because of it. Draws are arranged near you, coordinated by your care team.

What membership holds

Five commitments, kept quarterly.

A dedicated lead clinician

The same physician across every phase — your history, held by a person.

One

Quarterly panels, read line by line

54+ markers, four times a year, reviewed with you in conversation.

4×/yr

Protocol design & ongoing titration

Built in phase one, adjusted every quarter — including down, including off.

Continuous

Priority access

Same-day clinician replies on business days, and scheduling held for members.

Same-day

Concierge care coordination

Lab draws, records, referrals, and pharmacy logistics — handled.

Included

The seam, stated plainly: membership covers your clinician, all quarterly panels, reviews, titration, and coordination. Treatment medications prescribed within your protocol — GLP-1, tirzepatide, NAD+, B12 — are billed separately at member pricing, so you pay only for what your clinician actually prescribes. The "from" in $499/mo reflects protocol scope; your exact terms are set in writing before you're charged anything.

For the avoidance of doubt

What The Method is not.

a refill queue

Nothing renews itself. Every continuation is a clinical decision, made by a person.

a rotating panel

You will not re-explain yourself to a stranger. Your clinician is a name, not a shift.

a dashboard

Numbers don't interpret themselves. Every panel is read to you, not posted at you.

a script that ships & forgets

The medication is one instrument. The program is the attention around it.

It is one clinician, one protocol, and a quarterly promise — kept.

Clinical governance

Designed by physicians, answerable to them.

Method protocols are designed and reviewed by Parke's medical leadership. Nothing ships without clinician sign-off — and contraindication screening precedes every prescription, in every phase.

From inside the program

Three quarters, three stories.

The lab finding
“My clinician caught a thyroid trend in my quarterly labs before my own PCP did. We adjusted before it ever became a symptom.”
Robert, 56 · Method member, 14 months
The titration
“Eight months of plateau before Parke. One quarterly review, one protocol change — it turned out less medication was the answer, not more.”
Lena, 49 · Method member, 11 months
The relationship
“Dr. Okafor opens every review with what we said last quarter. I've had accountants pay less attention to my file.”
Daniel, 52 · Method member, 9 months

Individual results and experiences vary. Stories reflect specific members and are not a guarantee of outcomes. Treatment decisions are always made by a licensed clinician.

Who The Method is for

Built for people who want a physician, not a portal.

The Method fits members managing weight, energy, or metabolic health in midlife who want one clinician's sustained attention — and who'll actually show up for four reviews a year. It is not the fastest way to a prescription; it's the most considered one.

Each lead clinician carries a limited member panel. Admission depends on current availability in your state.

Request an invitation

A private form — about ten minutes on your history, goals, and state of residence.

A conversation about fit

A clinician reviews your request and reaches out within one business day — a mutual evaluation, not a sales call.

Phase One begins

Your 60-minute baseline consultation is scheduled, your first panel is arranged, and your protocol is designed.

Questions, considered

Asked before joining.

Something else on your mind? Ask it in your invitation request — a clinician, not a queue, reads every one.

No — and we'd rather say that here than surprise you. Membership covers your clinician, quarterly labs, reviews, titration, and coordination. Medications your clinician prescribes are billed separately at member pricing, so you only ever pay for what's actually prescribed. Your complete terms are fixed in writing before any charge.

Phase IV doesn't end — it repeats. The Continuum is the membership: quarterly panels, line-by-line reviews, and re-titration for as long as you stay. Each year includes a full re-baseline against your original panel. This is what "care that continues" means in writing.

No. Some members join for structured metabolic oversight without medication; others' protocols include GLP-1 therapy, tirzepatide, NAD+, or B12 when clinically appropriate. What's prescribed — and whether anything is — is decided with your clinician in Phase One.

Yes — it's the most common path in. Your history, dosing, and clinician notes carry over, and your first panel becomes your Method baseline. Ask in your invitation request and we'll review your file first.

The Method is self-pay — no insurance is required or billed for membership. Many members use HSA or FSA funds for eligible clinical services; we provide itemized receipts to make reimbursement straightforward.

Anytime — no contracts, no exit fees, no retention calls. Pausing holds your protocol and your clinician relationship where you left them; leaving gets you your complete records, cleanly.

Because the promises are per-person: same-day replies and line-by-line reviews only stay true if each clinician's member panel stays small. When a panel is full in your state, we'll tell you plainly and hold your place.
